You're saying you could find 11 peers who see a cop acting courteously and decides to be firm on the verbal attack and subsequently "goats" the guy into a physical confrontation through legal means which result in his injury/death would find the guy guilty?

I would have to see how exactly it played out.Some bad cops like some of the Rodney King and Oscar Grant cops do go to jail,not nearly long enough but it can happen especially if all the victim did was mouth off to the cop.

The Rodney King comment was an off color joke. Obviously I wouldn't want the guy brutalized, just slapped around at most....the cop could've just return the asshole back and inconvenienced him by means available to him.

Bullshit. There are a few times in that rant where that guy had said things which could have been interpreted as a threat, AND the 1st amendment doesn't allow for interfering in a law enforcement officer and his ability to do his job.

The guy was recording because he was hoping he'd get something on film.

I encourage you to do this in the hopes you'll get beat within an inch of your life for thinking this is the right way to speak to anyone let alone an officer.
