OEC fixed the problem within 4 hours on Sunday evening, which is amazingly fast for them. As other problems in the past, took days or weeks.

Congratulations OEC, and that is meant sincerely.
 
What were the issues. I am this close to opening with them. Trying to be one of their IB's to match their 3.30 RT emini rate.
 
And again, DOM and charts freezing up for the third time. Though their backfill data is perfect. You will not see gaps in the charts afterwards :D :(
 
oops it happened again. 20 mins before New Home Sales.
btw: backfill data isn't perfect. there is a big hole gaping in the ES. I would show you but right now I get no charts...
