This morning I had 2 disconnects, each lasting about 5-10 seconds. I had charts freeze and then not update (rebooted software fixed that). I was told via chat that they were unaware of any issues this morning, after reading this thread it looks like it wasn't just me though.
The platform has been much better this week, not perfect though by any means. The previous 2 weeks were a nightmare that I hope are behind us. Today's disconnects have me a little rattled though. (that and I am working on tax crap isn't helping).
I'm still in wait and see mode with them. Without drastic reliability improvements happening immediately I will be moving to a new broker.
I know Amp lets you use the OEC software, has anybody at Amp had the same problems? Just wondering if it is an OEC problem or a software problem.
