Im looking for an oversold bounce, I would not be adding any shorts at this point in the game. Dow 7000 ever so close, we could be there soon, aside from that I see an oversold rally coming soon.

hmm it looks like this has become the new trading forum

Keep in mind that technicals rarely work on indexes. The sp00z and DJIA seemed very bearish in October 2002, but well know what happeend later.

I agree that the 1994 support is clear.
Also, a trendline snapped on the DJIA from July 1932 low to August 1982 low, and extended outward into the future puts the DJIA around 3800-4000 if the DJIA continues falling at the recent rate.
I think the DJIA will be there by mid 2010.
