Today looks like one of those +300 type days .More stimulus, bailout, recovery. Long deep recession according to ben=no rate hikes, more credit & new housing bubble.

Are any of you guys who are short and advocating massive short positions concerned that if the market sells off and becomes illiquid that will extinct day traders?
Of course I suppose if everybody runs away from stocks they will move into stuff like gold, which is easily "day-tradeable..." That's what I've been doing anyway.

the charts are useless. Indexes dont follow technicals.
Although stocks are lower today, the intraday trading range for DIA is wide. This tends to be bullish because the probability of an end of day surge is increased.
