Ratio is what is multiplied by the index

Entries and Exits are base on spread prices

If gap open occurs for entry wait 30 min and new high is entry

If gap open occurs for stop, wait 5 min and if still in stop territory, exit

Shares are based on an aprox $1000 stop loss

Half of position is taken off at Profit Target 1, the rest at Profit Target 2

If Profit Target 1 is hit, stop is moved to entry.
