This is different so I dont expect any invasion. But like Reagan invaded Grenada after the Beirut attacks look for Trump to go for a victory somewhere outside the U.S. He thought he would get it taking out Irans big terrorist but not many ripples...

So Venezuela might be an easy win if they can pressure enough to remove the leader and then enter into an Agreement with the "new" government.

That's my read...a little bay of pigs w/a reward poster. My guess is hoping to turn the top military brass servile to Maduro.
 
As I said yesterday "we will soon be squeezing some of Maduro's buddies" and Mr. Barr will be giving them a reason to cooperate. Including Maduro;s former head of intelligence who was just extradited from Spain and who knows EVERYTHING about what the regime has been up to.

And today we learn about this clown/ link below. He "surrendered and waived extradition." In other words he wants to get the fuck out of the region before Maduro or the Cubans can assassinate him to keep him from testifying anywhere. Apparently this clown was in Columbia.
