War mongering degenerate low life piece of shit John McCain

Quote from Max E. Pad:

There is no doubt that the boomers were one of the most successful/hard working generations, but for some reason, when they had it all, they decided to abandon the principles that got them there, with the desire to create a utopian society, thinking that everyones life should be easy and fair

It was a noble concept, but clearly, it didnt work.

I will concede that leaning left on social issues has been our undoing. Giving people assistance without some accountability eventually blows up. We done blew up. And I will say that the leftist boomers ran a good thing into the ground, and those of us who are more conservative were content to watch so long as the bank roll continued to grow. However, I still contend that elections don't matter anymore and haven't for a long time. Given the current state of affairs does anyone really think McCain would be handling this any better than Bro O? Does anyone really think that your republican representative has your best interest at heart? They all put on a show all day, and then retire to the bar and laugh their asses off.

Man, i think you might be misinterpreting what im saying, you are right, the boomers paid the most into those programs, and they will be the ones who get screwed the worst, im not calling them leeches, what im saying is that they were the ones who created all of these programds thinking life should be easier for future generations.

As a thirty year old, i do not deny that my generation is incredibly lazy, we are completely removed from the days of farming and hard work, but it is the boomers who wanted this for us, dont you see that?

In an attempt to shield us from the pain and struggle their generation grew up with, they crippled alot of young people these days, my old man used to always talk about how if he showed up drunk in highschool his dad would take the strap to him till he couldnt walk properly, he had polio in one of his legs, and walked with a limp, but that never stopped his dad from whooping his ass if he did something wrong, his parents never treated him any differently, because they didnt want him to view himself as a handicap, look at the kind of shit that goes on today, if someone happens to have the slightest birth defect, they are put into a paddded room

look at our generation now, if you give a kid a tap on the wrist, its considered child abuse, and all these freudian psychologists think they can pin point the exact reason a kid acts in such a way, when realistically, sometimes kids just need a swift kick in the ass, the same kick the boomers got from their parents.

Quote from Scataphagos:

You're a smart guy. How is it that you don't get it?

I understand the younger generations' lament about the Boomers situation... but they NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING.. and especially not at the expense of their kids and grandkids (like you).

Greedy, morally corrupt politicos campaigned on giving everybody more in exchange for their vote. More was promised than can be afforded.

The Boomers paid the most into the social programs... paid the most in taxes to run the government, military, infrastructure... everything. They are expecting "the benefits which they were told all along would be there", but guess what? There isn't enough money to pay for all of that.

The ONLY group to "make out" on our grand social experiment (Ponzi scheme) is the one before the Boomers. EVERYBODY ELSE GETS FUCKED!

If you want to complain, do so about the politicans who F'd everything up.

wait? wtf... are we living in the same country.

They voted for spending and more spending over and over to the point that the politicians feared to even voice a balanced budget or cutting back or living within this generations means. Just look what happens to Ryan when he tries to bring it up.

Boomers voted in leftist spending programs which have systematically destroyed cities and in the process of destroying state finances.

We do not even tally up what is really owed in retirement benefits.

The boomers voted to strap their kids with massive 6 figure debts?

Lets not forget the boomers took over a country where liberal stood for freedom from govt (remember we once lauded miranda rights) to a country where liberal stands for big govt control of your data and your privacy. Where big govt can target opposition groups.

Where is the backbone of our people? Our moral fiber.
Which generation should be showing it?

John McCain -

You can see how he sells to the media ever chance he gets.
You just know this trait was useful to him during his captivity.

He is a sell out by nature.
He sold out his first wife.

These guys even say that the war hero stuff is just fiction...

John McCain: Privileged 'War Hero', Liar, Collaborator, Traitor
Part 1

Editor's Note: I transcribed the dialog of a 5 part video interview on June 22, 2007 between retired Army Colonel Earl Hopper and Gerard Kiley of Veterans Against John McCain. To make the reading flow easier, I removed the repeated phrases, false starts, etc. that hamper a printed version of an unrehearsed conversation. Earl Hopper had spent 30 years with the Army in Airborne Special services and with Army Intelligence and was a founding member of the National League of Families dedicated to retuning living POWs and MIAs of the Vietnam War.

The impression that McCain and the media has attempted to portray of McCain's 5 1/2 years as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam is about as far from the truth that one could possible go. McCain, from the first moments of his capture, had behaved as a COLLABORATOR and propaganda tool for his North Vietnamese captors. McCain had engaged in no less than 30, and likely as many as 38 anti-American propaganda broadcasts for Radio Hanoi during the period of his captivity. Far from the image of a dedicated American "hero" sweating it out in a North Vietnamese prisoner's "hotbox" for 5 1/2 years, McCain was often given "special" treatment by his captors, who were fully aware of his father's and grandfather's 4 star admiral positions with the Navy.

No one has ever witnessed McCain's supposed "torture" at the hands of his jailers. The consensus opinion of other POWs in McCain's camps was that McCain was NEVER tortured by the North Vietnamese. McCain's disgraceful and wholly reprehensible conduct (along with John Kerry) during the 1991-93 Senate Committee on POW/MIAs leaves no doubt that McCain is a traitor to this country and its veterans and especially to the families of POWs and MIAs. ..Ken Adachi].

Social Security was signed into law in 1935.

Medicare and Medicaid were programs of the Johnson administration in 1965, as were many other "Great Society" programs.

Neither were created or voted for by the boomer generation.

The display of ignorance in this thread is truly frightening.

Yet any attempt to de-fund, shrink, curtail or otherwise impose fiscal sanity to social programs the Boomers 'never created' is met with shrieking opposition and outrage? From the Boomers, of all people?

Anyway, it's all a moot point. In a few short years, the economy will go off a cliff, and all these retards who voted for cradle-to-grave socialism while exporting the tax-base, will take it straight up the a**.

that is like the poster boomer stoner obama blaming bush.

1. that ss is the third rail of politics can't be blamed on fdr.
that they can't even bring up means testing can't be blamed on fdr.

2. the bankrupting of CA and east coast cities can't be blamed on fdr.

e. The LBJ's great society is exactly what we are talking about. Spending the productive peoples money of their generation in ways which destroyed our inner cities was bad enough. Voting in city state and federal politicians who spent the next generations money on those failed programs is the almost unforgivable generational sin.

I had several beers with a former Vietnam vet who was friends with a guy who had met McCain before he was captured. His take was that even back then McCain was all about - McCain.

hee hee, they swung to the Left.. when it all comes down around their ears the swing will quickly go to the Right. Typically in a situation like that organized crime will have 50% of the economy and they definitely do not tend to be touchy feely bullshit leftists.
