Wanted historical estimates data

Does anybody know where to find historical analysts estimates data (estimates for EPS, tgt price, revenue, guidances, surprises)?
E.g. i'd like to know how much analysts estimated 2005 EPS of INTC as of 07/01/2004, as of 04/01/2004.
What providers of such kind of a data can you recommend?
