Want to Meet some great HFT(High Frequency Trading)traders in this forum.

I am keen to network with highly successful or experienced FX HFT'ers, I have significant capital (Billions) and the infrastructure, (and means to build out) but lack the expertise to compete in the FX market.

Please PM me if you could help or are experienced in this area.

I am also keen to network with Equities HFT'ers if there are any in this thread or beyond :)

Lmfao! With "billions" you have to fish on elite. Please stop!

I am in the process of setting my own forex managed account service.I recently read lots of articles on High Frequency Trading, and I would like to know if there are experienced HFT traders or system designers in this forum.
You sure you want to go HFT instead of Algorithmic trading ? HFT has really become so competitive.....the profits are now very low compared to 3 years ago. Trading edges in this arena have been blunted from all of the competition. On top of that, now that one of the world's finest HFT traders has been arrested, further sanctions at the exchange level are likely....and this will make it even harder to profit from trades that last just seconds and orders that need to be constantly cancelled.
You might want to consider Algo trading which has much longer time frames (minutes, even hours)....and more importantly these systems don't really rely upon reading the order book or DOM. They are based on patterns of price movement garnished from extensive data mining and backtesting.

Yes Virtu and Jump trading are dead, long live NinjaTrader and multichart.

I love this sure...literally littered with imbeciles
