i am curious art of money management/Risk management is depend of your Stop loss in percent or your leverage.?
because it seems if we risk for example 1% for every trade . do not care how much is your leverage, your only risking 1 % of your equity
This is perfectly true, in so far as it goes, but in practice it isn't quite the point.
High leverage
in itself doesn't destroy anyone's account, if sensibly handled - as you've correctly mentioned.
The realities, though, are that the aspiring traders attracted by high leverage are generally/overall the somewhat gullible/naive ones who lack the education, skills and experience to handle it sensibly, and there's a whole panoply of counterparty market-makers pretending to be brokers out there, whose entire business model essentially boils down to exploiting them.
Yes, so many broker offer high leverage now
As people have been trying to explain to you elsewhere, this isn't true. In the murky world of retail forex trading, those are
NOT genuine brokers: they're
counterparty market-makers pretending to be brokers, and they have a direct incentive for their naive and gullible clients to lose money, because they themselves hold the other sides of their own clients' positions.
The comparisons I always find interesting (albeit predictable), in this context, when they're sometimes published, are the independently audited proportions of winning/losing forex accounts held at
genuine forex brokers, who prefer their clients to be profitable, compared with the ones held at those
counterparty market-makers who attract their clients with very high leverage and/or introductory bonuses. Those comparisons tell a
very clear story.
