want little spread tool for IB

Hi,

i am searching for a little simple software to connect to interactivebrokers.

The software should me help to "Legging in" a spread and vice versa.

"Legging in"
I want to do for example:
- choose two products/legs (maybe more)
- send for the first product/leg a LMT order
- if the leg with the LMT got a fill, the second product/leg should receive a MKT order

Now i should have a spread.

"Legging out"
I want to:
- click on one of my legs to place a LMT order for one leg
- if the LMT was filled
- the second leg should be filled by a MKT order

Which software can do this? Do you know one?
Or how much would it cost if someone would programm me this tool?

What i know about spreads with TWS, my idea is not achievable with it.

It is not a simple "time spread".
But if you show me how to do my idea with TWS.... please give us a hint. :)
 
Thanks but you did not understand my requirement in the first post.

In TWS:
1. You are not free to spread all products
2. it is not possible to leggin like my requirement in the first post
