I hope it rallies so I can short some more, you know ceos have this tendency to say I dont need capital but these guys went further than that, he actually created a clause on his last capital raising that works like a self-destruction button if they have an share offering bellow $8.50, these guys will blow up huge, how this plays out I have no idea I just know that stockholders will be first on the execution line3
