Walmart Preparing For the Day When Robots Take Over

There must be a great need for AI politicians. Supposedly the AI would be giving sensible decisions untainted by corruption and selfish motives.
 
When many workers are laid off the politicians have 2 choices
1. Pay people to stay home.
2. Restrict the use of machines.

We had the Luddites in the 19th century, who were put out of work by machines.
They used to smash the machines.
Legalizing prostitution is one option that can help many.
 
If you're going to read Orwell's 1984 and I suggest you do, add his Animal Farm and Huxley's Brave New World to the list.
 
At least nine Perishable Dist Centers are 98% automated, I was in one and watched how they did it, it was similar to baggage in Denver airport of conveyors and switchbacks. Even loading trucks was non-human, and doors are closed and sealed from inside.
