Just like shopping anywhere else you have to know what you are doing, dollar store, family dollar and everything's a dollar beat walmart prices( esp on a smaller quantity items) or are more convenient.

Trust me the "I wants mine's class "doesn't give an effing crap if they are ready for parenthood or not it's up to the govt to clothe , house ,raise ,educate and employ anyhow.
