this condo in the market for 1 year and the asking price is still the same and still haven't sold it
30% discount from asking price. and it is sold in one day. nobody in their right mind is going to pay asking price...cause you can't flip real estate overnigh and is not liquid..so is the stock market stocks aren't liquid..
