most people with specific skills from an established career wouldn't be able to find another good job. they likely will end up starting their own business or working customer phone support for an insurance company or selling furniture or learn to bartend.
Farming should be a natural for most of them.

It is true that banking is the worst hit sector, having so many banks closed and some survived on the mercy of government, thousands of employees losing their jobs, it is one of the worst recession the world is facing.We will have to adjust according to the changing situations for our survival.All the living beings are born with the survival instinct and learn first to survive.Always there is a fear and anxiety when we face with new challenges.In fact the world has been facing so many challenges in the past also.But humanity has survived all through.When you first learn driving you are uncomfortable, the vehicle does not go straight, you don't know the place of clutch, accelerator and brake. As days passes in training the uncomfortable job becomes comfortable.In the same way people get used the changing environments and get adjusted and comfortable.Humanity will continue its march.
