The last 4 months has seen the greatest raise of capital in wall street history as 100's and 100's of co's flood the mkt with capital raises. wall street has pulled the greatest scam in history by sucking the world back into the mkt to issue stock. its an inefficient use of capital as many of these co's should have gone under and it will hurt in the long run.
 
Good point, I haven't seen mentioned much. What surprises me is share price holds up with all the dilution. Of course I have only given this a cursory glance but something is out of whack.
 
Ask yourself the question WHERE is all that money coming from to finance all these capital raising ? Out of the wood ? FED => Quantitative Easing => "Magic" capital raising => perfect scam
