Actually, thanks to PAULSON and his brilliance!

As soon as he changed his mind about the TARP conducting "reverse" (Dutch) style auctions, every single financial company out there got out of having to be held to what Congress signed into law, and the restraints on executive compensation.

I wanted to think the best of Paulson last year, but I was terribly wrong. This guy is a Sheister with a CAPITAL "S"!!!

He and SEC Chairman Christopher Cox need to be "indicted" for knowingly not preserving/defending capitalism.
