Walking the walk (Blotter Thread Continued)

i dont think the time stamps are right on these post, its 1:39pm where I am, anyway this is todays totals. It was a slow day and I have to go mow, wifes orders. More money tomorrow

I am impressed!! On a completely different line of thought I had always imagined a Trading Contest, like a poker tournament, entrance fee of 1500 bucks. Everyone with about 300K buying power, some firm could sponsor it and get all the commissions from it the trading. Held for 2 days and the top 3 winners would get all the money from entrance fees. Something like the "Direct Access Invitational" I know a bunch of brokers are watching this thread :-)
 
much better day than yesterday... it's always nice to finish with no LFT... HC, F and PFG treated me well in the last 1/2hour...

Here is an official losing day for all to see. I am pretty happy with the way I traded overall. I tried a TON of different things and just made sure that nothing killed me. This happens but the key is the discepline to keep trying and not try and win in every trade. Everything you see in terms of P/L is after commissions so to me that is not so bad considering how many different things I tried. Since I have done fairly well this week thus far I allowed myself more room to try a lot of different trades. If I was down or only up a little I would never have traded this much.


More fun tomorrow.

That is really a good day. All of you have given me hope that trading can be a good business if taken seriously. I am starting to do some reading and will take a look at the scanners you guys have suggested.
