For now, if you're pulled for absolutely no reason, i.e., an inspection, you shouldn't say ANYTHING besides, "am I being detained, and why?" These kind of stops are tee totally the same kind of shit Hitler pulled. Once the dickheads figure out you're not to be fucked with, you should be on you way, minus a few gestapo bastards saying bad things about your momma as you drive away free...
NOW, once the shit hits the fan, all bets are off. I keep a pocket-sized Constitution in my bug out bag to hand to check point "guards," SHOWING that they swore an oath to THIS Constitution, yet want to violate it by disarming my Son and I, then LOCKING us up in one of their FEMA camps, meaning they're not really authority figures anymore, but the enemy... My Son and I have trained for this scenario numerous times, and even though I wore a badge once, and was a Marine Officer, I can assure you guys, if someone wants to disarm us on our quest for freedom AFFORDED under the Constitution, we'll do what we've trained to do...
 
As I understand it, the Supreme Court has said that they can stop you at these (illegal) inland check points and use some pretty open ended discretion to ascertain whether they believe you are a USA citizen.

These folks don't give a damn about no "constitution", and apparently the members of congress don't either, or they would put a stop to this nonsense.

Some who have resisted have had a pretty bad day.
The average citizen is afraid to confront a guy in a uniform with a gun, while a dog is walking around the car to make sure you don't have drugs on you.

It's illegal, but the government insists on keeping us in this state of slavery.
Bad situation...very bad.
 
Government won't defend the border. But they will set up thousands of police check points and demand our papers well inside the Country. Traitors.

but fatal flaw for AG Eric Holder types is so many NRA members, Christians ,common sense types in gov+ law enforcement:D Plus God drowned the king of Egypt /hellish hosts in the Red Sea. If you did not read the book[Bible] see the movie ''10 Commandments''

You know the gov has so many rules now; its like the[true story] Romanian evil empire ruler.He ran out of gasoline, it was his own stinking rule on gasoline levels in gov gas tanks that hamstrung him, then his own gov shot him to death!!

Really dont see police check points against drunks as threats to me;
espcially since they usually announce/advertise that in advance,LOL.:cool:

In addition to sobriety checks, random police stops are now for DNA swabs, blood tests, eating while driving inspection, and citizenship papers 50 miles inside the border. This isn't your fathers checkpoint. In fact, our fathers didn't have checkpoints. Go figure.
