Could be that it was only a market adjustment and not criminal activity.

I would look into the Goverment agencies to find the crooks.
 
The AG's office is just an instrument of the King's Court. Only prosecutions approved by the King are executed.
 
The AG is busy overlooking voter intimidation and fraud schemes and can't be bothered to bring any real crooks to justice. He is basically just a racist asswipe, at least that is the agenda he has pursued in his tenure.
