Wachovia protected at the highest levels of the U.S. government

Over a third of a trillion dollars was mishandled.

Corporate media in the U.S. haven't covered this widely (or at all, when I posted this yesterday!).

If corporate media stepped on the toes of someone powerful in covering this story, they might not get access the next time a banking issue needed to be covered.

Rinse and repeat a million times and you get the media we have today.
 
in 2001, a day before 9/11 rumsfeld told on air that 2.3 trillion is missing from pentagon accounts.

that was before iraq/afganistan wars.

day later "something" crashed into pentagon hq, precisely dep. of accounting.
