"It found that 74% of those polled recognized Ocasio-Cortez, while only 22% of them had a positive view of her. Additionally, 53% of those polled recognized Omar, while only 9% had a favorable view of her."
Hi recognition but high unfavorability are not the desired outcome for a candidate.
As I said to Ochochino, even if I were to accept as true the assertion that Fox is creating AOC and making her the face of the party, exactly why would they want to stop doing that. WAYYYY TO GO. The other media do the same crapola when they get a chance. Amash is a complete zero, nobody but they tried to run as hard as they could to exploit that little division in the party- not much of a life cycle for that story though because he is boring.

She won in a Democrat district where turnout in the primary was usually 3 percent of Democrats. They turned out quite a bit more around 15 percent and the white candidate who was representing the minority district lost.---It wont happen again. Either way, by primary or by Republican, she's gone next time.

Whereas I argued that "the party" also most certainly includes the candidates for president.
And if you think the that AOC has not had an influence on the ones running for president and that they are not either courting her support or living in fear of being opposed by her, then you are apparently also out on the Mothership.
