Volume spike + Extreme price move

I am trying to locate a screener that has the ability to screen for stocks that are making a sudden price move during a surge in volume (extreme volatility event). This particular scenario is most easily seen during a news announcement, such as earnings, where a price shock is felt almost instantaneously. I use Trade Ideas, and I am aware that they have similar functions, however their alerts don't look for the combination of a sharp price movement with a volume spike. You can look for either or, and their our ways of mixing them together, but in its purest form they don't find these sudden price shocks. They also don't filter out the noise very well, which can eventually become troublesome. Anyone have any other ideas?

It is an easy task if you know how to code and to know how to define your signals.

For my watch list of 1500 stocks, right now 11:30AM, here are stocks up at least 5% and also at least 5 times vol above 50-day MA vol.

thanks for posting, but i can find stocks in those situations. however, that is not what my question/need is addressing. i am trying to find stocks that are making explosive moves on explosive volume AS IT IS HAPPENING. the daily %move and the current daily volume compared to a moving average does not accomplish that. once again, my main intent on this particular screen (if i ever find one) is that it combines unusual price volatility and volume volatility into one scan, and it compares those intraday prints to the normal historical tendencies for that particular instrument. the daily values themselves are rather useless for this type of approach.
