Lots of volume arrives before the news;
simply because lots of volume buyers volume sellerssimply do not consult CNBC, Bloomberg BEFORE they buy or sell .

Also you have market makers that freely, admit in public;
they have better things to wartch besides the news.

Ever thought of what business did with only newspapers;
most of the business in this country was done before TV??
