Volume question

May be wrong spot for this.

But everywhere you look, no one likes this rally because it is on "pathetic" volume. Here's my question:

The volume during this rally is still significantly higher then the volume pre august crash. At what point does "there's no volume" revert back to "here's our normal volume"?
 
I dont think volume matters on the daily time frame as much as it used to... now i think wats more important is the range of the bars.

Pull up an ATR of 1. That should give you a better tell on the power of moves, than volume.

50 dayvolume trends on SPY,QQQ,DIA are up, year to date[see IBD charts ];
although some volume has been below that trend line.
50 dma trend line is still up.

Sell volume has been trending up for BAC, C;
thats bearish................................................:D
