Volume bars/indicator like this?

Does anyone know of charting service that provides volume bars/indicator like this?

I looked at Think or swim, Ninja and Market delta, they are close, but not what I am specifically looking for .

What is buy and sell quantity? Is it activity at best bid/best ask or something else?

Blue volume at the ASK, Red volume at the Bid. Out line Total Volume.

in sierrachart you can load bid vol and ask vol on to the same panel, you can vary the bar size and change their display order, works for any type of charts.
