VLKAY is 1/5 of VOW, not VOW3. For VOW3 you have to use VLKPY which is 1/5 of VOW3. VOW3 is a preferred security with no voting rights. also VOW3 has almost 6x more of trading volume than VOW.
obviously the voting rights are very valuable when it comes to VW...
