Yes, that looks safe. I don't see how it could possibly get to 1412 even though I am in danger with a stop at 1407 equiv. I will be more than happy if it can crack 139900.

Feels like one of those days where we could get a really big up or down day. Right now I am leaning towards the upside. Maybe 1414 or higher.
