Not listed but my personal preference was as many as possible. Another was you can't drink all day unless you start early. I will say, from personal experience, if you feel the need to count them it's likely you have a problem and should stop altogether, not to put too fine a point on it.

Same here, and I'll say why, because I turned into a drunk. I let some shit in my life override my brain, and starting drinking like a pro, as in like an idiot. I needed some help to see the obvious, and fortunately I got that help.
Only thing I miss is Guinness Stout, otherwise I can't honestly say I don't even think about pounding the booze anymore.
