vlxc.pk giving 10% dividend???

This is a new one for me a : pink sheet is giving a 10% dividend and they are going to buy back shares. Looking at the "numbers" veltex is posting it reaaaaally looks cheap. To good to be true?


Is this a scam?

I remember doing some research on this company a year or so ago. The company used to trade under a different ticker symbol (I think it was VLVT or something like that) and I also remember there was something fishy about the CEO. I believe there was some kind of a pump and dump scheme involved. Sorry I can't give you more details, but I do remember that I told myself to stay away from the company after I read those articles.
