Thanks for your answers. Really, I should have clarified that I meant. It seems to me that the volatility is low and now I can build structures such as strangle or straddle.

You need to read a bit more.... Strangles and straddles can be used in any environment depending on if your buying or selling them..

I meant that in context, you can understand if I believe volatility low and waiting for it growth, going to buy straddle or strangle.
