We were starting to see a Triangle on the VIX, but now it looks like its breaking out. scary. Any thoughts??

The last several major lows in the market saw the VIX spike to 31.

I had a key number at 1324 SPX ( as posted earlier this week ) to terminate this decline, with 1315 being the extreme.

I can't believe this VIX. S&P down 1% today and VIX is actually lower. The VIX should be spiking higher before we hit the bottom.
