Where can I find the documents that specify precisely the full trading schedule for VIX futures? I know about 5pm CST on Sundays the futures market starts trading but the options do not
 
Yep, 715pm ct for the options. Same as SPX options. The trick is finding a broker who allows trading in this session. Interactive Brokers is the only one I know of.
