ARE YOU WAITING FOR SUCCESS TO ARRIVE, OR ARE YOU GOING OUT TO FIND WHERE IT IS HIDING?

The poet John Milton's words "They also serve who only stand and wait" may be both profound and genuine, but the true riches of life are far more likely to accrue to those who actively go out and seek them. Seldom does success come marching in accompanied by a brass band in full regalia. More often, it's achieved by those who labor long and hard. Take the initiative, and you will create your own opportunities. There is no substitute for action backed up by a well-thought-out plan.
 
IF YOU ARE WORRIED OR AFRAID OF ANYTHING, THERE IS SOMETHING IN YOUR MENTAL ATTITUDE THAT NEEDS CORRECTION.

Worry and fear are negative emotions that serve no useful purpose. Worse, they are not benign influences on your behavior. Both tend to expand if left unchecked until they crowd out positive emotions and beliefs, taking over your mind and filling it with counterproductive emotions that cause you to doubt your ability to succeed at anything you attempt. Unless you control worry and fear, one day you will discover that they control you. While the emotions can't always be corrected with logic or reason, they are always susceptible to action. Act, and even if your actions aren't entirely appropriate for the situation, the very act of doing something-anything-constructive will have a positive effect on your mind and attitude.
 
THERE ARE INNUMERABLE WAYS TO STRANGLE YOURSELF SLOWLY

Poor posture
Violent, shallow, rapid breathing
Chronic muscular tension
Inability to feel love

…to name just a few.
 
THE BUTT AND THE FEET MUST BECOME SENSITIZED

Unfortunately people sit on their butt and stand on their feet all day and often develop numbness in these areas. Have your girl massage your feet and then massage hers. Then rub your butt against hers. This will enhance sensitivity in these areas and improve posture.
 
THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO STOP A DERANGED MIND FROM ACTING OUT ITS COMPULSIONS

The most efficient way is to temporarily stop breathing as unconsciously shallow breath is almost always associated with all manner of compulsions. Subsequent slowing of respiration increases galvanic skin response, lowers stress hormones, boosts immunity, improves awareness, and improves the center of gravity within the body.
