Virus!!! Help!!!!

what are the new viruses out there and what do they do??? I think i may have one. My computer is running or lagging very slow today....way more than it ever has, even with no programs running. I was just wondering if this could be one of those new viruses out there and how the heck do i fix it!

It finds bugs that my Norton doesn't. Today I found a spyware that records keystrokes on my charting computer! Scary...they're no longer exe's, but come along in dll's & even jpg's.

first thing you do is clear all cookies and temp internet files and then reboot. If that doesn't work go to www.pandasoftware.com and run their virus check. It also fixes your computer if you have anything.
