China aren't stupid enough to create a bioweapon, then release it on there own soil, they'd of released it in the US first, that way the stupid world would blame the US.

Ofcourse this does mean the US could of created and started in China to harm China, or countless other enemies.

Plausible deniability. The Chinese released it on purpose. China blocked domestic flights out of hubai province and Wuhan. but did not block international flights out of Wuhan and hubai province.

That's why they waited so long to act and had the who cover it up. They wanted to incubate the virus to spread it using their own population. Many top level scientists have said it's a bioweapon. UK paper published a piece last week. Lead virologist at Wuhan lab collected bat virus samples from same type of exotic bats covid19 allegedly came from. Wuhan lab was cooking up exact type of corona virus using the same bats the virus came from. The meat market didn't sell any bats. Many of the first Chinese infected had no connection to the meat market etc etc.

There is no attempt to vaccinate against the common cold. Agree the projections re: flu vaccine are often incorrect, but the thinking is something is better than nothing... sometimes.
