Virtual Private Server for Cloud-based Automated Trading

Does anyone have a good lead on who has the best (as well as affordable) VPS or DS solution to cloud-based bot trading with low-latency for retail traders? I would like to be able to install and run the platform like NinjaTrader or MultiCharts on the server and run it 24/7. Not interested in Collective2 type of service that requires users to hand over their system to use their service.
 
I trialed Speedy Trading Servers (http://www.speedytradingservers.com/) and I really liked them. I think Sam was the guy's name who runs it. Basically you open a remote desktop window and that is your co-located Windows desktop. No lag from what I saw and it seems to always be up and connected. It came standard with NT but I think you can install other programs also.

I'm not an algo trader so it wasn't a fit for me, but if I was - I'd probably run one of their instances. Just my thoughts, I hope that helps.
