Hopefully now others will see the benefit/need for more control over our borders. Can you imagine if a virus originated in Mexico?

Do we have a border problem? Yes

What is the Democratic plan? Do nothing. More people, regardless of health or income, are good.

The Democratics have NO BORDER CONTROL PROGRAM. NONE.

What is the Republican plan? They have continually implemented programs that make it harder for anyone to just cross the border. And once they cross the border to receive FREE government benefits.

The US is not a Utopia. You just can't let anyone in and bestow a multitude of benefits on them.

A country that loses control of its language and borders is not a country.

The actual point is that when you do not have control of your borders and something bad happens it will probable be to late.

I would be interested in your reason for a lax US border policy?

ok; the virus came in through planes via vetted passengers rendering your "strong border" argument moot.

If you actually resided in N. America and not Asia, you would also know about the swine flu which originated in Mexico a few years ago via Chinese pigs, also making it across via vetted flights and border crossings, again rendering your "strong border" argument moot.

Nothing you say directly relates to a WEAK BORDER POLICY. I now understand why the MAKE AMERICA WEAKER POLICY appeals to you. If you are not to smart, weak if good.

You have to be a Democrat. Who are you voting for? Most Democrats seem to have no idea who they are voting for.

Hint - If I was a Democrat I would vote for Bernie Sanders. I sincerely believe that he believes in what he supports and I respect that. In truth some of policy are interesting. They might need to be modified but still they focus on areas that need re-evaluation.

Republicans are voting for Trump

If you are a Democrat. Your true candidate is Bernie Sanders. Find ways to support him.

Well it had a pretty good border really but someone convinced a lot of soft brained and fearful old men to build a golden calf to worship him.. probably goes into a decline now.

Here is the argument

If you have a strong border policy and there is some kind of problem, you are glad you have a strong border policy. Example Problem - Virus.

It could happen again in some other way.

If you have a weak border policy and there is a problem, it may be too late.

The US still has a very weak border policy.

Why would anyone want a weak border policy for the US? Only people who want the US to be weak.

Why they would want a WEAK AMERICA is still unknown. All I can say is they are unhappy.

A WEAK AMERICA = A WEAK BORDER POLICY

When border policy is weak you always let in the less desirable.

We need a group that has a strong policy about our borders. We can not let just anyone in.
To My knowledge that is the Republican Party. At least they have a plan.
