Those cops don't need training. They knew what they were doing; and they knew it was wrong.
It was 'fun' for them. Like a rapist during a rape. They wanted that adrenaline rush. I'm sure they joked about it later at the donut shop.
They even threatened the victim to sweep it under the rung, and they would do the same; or they'd ruin his career ... A 2nd Lt. in the Army.
They did this even in today's environment.
I hope people don't get tired of marching and protesting, and try to obtain peace by other means.
