You know what, they should tell him to take his 300 starts and shove them up his ass. He is a detriment to his team. If it is in his contract, here is what you do. Let him play the first series of each game, then bench him for that hack T-Jack. Nothing could possibly say don't let the door hit you on the way out more than that.
