He went on finish with "Black is Black - Uncle." Someone had to tell him that African Americans use Bro but not Uncle.
Seems somehow the movie Roots made it into the conversation. Biden thought the topic was hair. Biden stated that he would only consider an African American female who does not use hair straighter. An African American's hair is kinky.
