A clip captures the moment that has now gone viral; in the footage, Biden is seen playfully trying to make a young girl laugh.

Some viewers have branded the interaction as “odd.”

As the President engages with the mother and her daughter, he appears to pretend to bite the young girl and places his mouth on her shoulder.

Here you have numerous videos of Joe Biden touching shoulders of young girls and sniffing their hair and yet, Democrats are all quiet. At a minimum, that is sexual harassment and should be enough to get Joe Biden impeached and removed from office. Extreme liberal media quiet as hell but, they rake over the coals President Donald Trump for allegedly paying off Stormy Daniels who extreme liberal media claim he had an affair with. Now, remember too that Bill Clinton paid off Paula Jones $900,000 for his sexual harassment case and again, hypocritical media gave him a pass. Why wasn't Bill Clinton charged like Donald Trump, for the same offense? We have officially become a banana republic where our courts impose laws only on Republicans while, Democrats can commit all crimes and not even be investigated for it!
