Video Hosting Alternative?

Brethren:

I'm developing an app that requires video, but can't use YT or FB. Can anyone recommend an alternative to YouTube/Facebook for video hosting? Anyone with Vimeo experience?

Paid is OK, but I am on a budget.

I've been Googling around, but don't have experience. I'm hoping that someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

Obviously TikTok, it might have an even larger audience than YouTube.

Otherwise I heard a few people mention https://odysee.com/ but it seems to me that it's impact on the video hosting ecosystem is similar to the GDP of Moldova to the world output.
