Very low spread FOREX broker

I have been coming across this broker FP Markets, and I'm currently searching for a broker better than IC because I had to leave it for certain reasons.
How much leverage do FP Markets provide and is their spreads close to ICM or Pepperstone?

FP Markets is a better choice of broker for lower spreads, it starts from 0pips in major pairs like EURUSD and GBPUSD, and the spreads are stable even during high volatile market movements.
Good broker I currently use them along with Hotforex to run some arbitrage strategies. I like their tight spreads on some exotics and indices.

How much do they charge? I have 4$ round-turn commission on Hotforex, any cheaper options?It is really misleading to only mention PF markets low spread but do not tell it's high commissions.
