Still early, and not everyone's open yet (or awake) overseas.

But yeah, I'm not too bloody impressed with our Congress, either. What a bunch of buffons.
 
I observe major currencies trading with little change. EURUSD gapped lower about 0.5 % but USDJPY and AUSUSD appear stable.

I observe New Zealand and Korean stock markets rallying almost 1 %, Tokyo stock market rallying about 0.3 %.
 
Europe and Asia will now have to deal with their own "financial crisis", as a result Wall Streets Implosion.
