I seems absolutely normal. Ever after program has being re-installed many settings are still kept intact (applies to most Windows programs).Do you think it's normal, after doing a fresh install of Sterling Trader Pro, to have it automatically load my saved Layout? I did point my saved Layout to Load the Layout previously in Sterling Trader Pro.
Your problem is unrelated to the subject of this thread hence in the future it's better to create your own separate thread.I have been using Sterling Trader Pro with my broker, which is 11.7 and having issues with logging in, being disconnected randomly, and receiving data refresh messages, then kicking me out....
I checked under destinations, and I saw the DAS Trader Pro account. Really?
Ok, thanks. It's a real bummer, spent many hours configuring hot keys, and etc.

It looks like you having some weird configuration issue limited to your particular machine, hence unlikely any trader (=non-tech) on this forum would be able to help. I would assume your broker would be the only party interested and capable of trying to resolve your configuration issues (as it requires the knowledge of both the broker and the software, their tech would probably need to remote-connect to your PC).
Why do you feel the need to delete the layout if you like it?
Anyway most professional trading platforms allow saving hotkey configuration in a separate file (independent of layout).
You can’t and that is not typical.I emailed myself a copy of it. Already deleted it off my PC. Someone recommend I delete it. Not sure if the Layout is cause-of-the-issue. Not sure how I would save the hotkeys in a separate file in Sterling Trader Pro.
