long basing bottom today when a rather volatile-less price action and now a steady climb up to complete the base of the cup. Looks pretty decent to me

You are guessing, don't pretend you can read the market.

Market goes up, market goes down, especially with such volatility. PS, market has gone WAY DOWN the last few weeks.

i will give you A, the gap closure would be A+ but seems unlikely.
Rule #26 is clearly applicable here.
