Venezuelans falling out of love with Chavez.Will they be allowed to vote him out?

my point was you should never vote in a price fixer because he promises to fix the price
 
1) prices wouldn't skyrocket

2) most venezuelans have mules, not cars

3) venezuela is a pretty small place, going from one side to the other doesn't really take that long... hence, intra-island transportation demands aren't too intense
